meditation is a comprehansive science to regulate the state of mind-state of mind is the one which matters in life so much-if state of mind is define than its nice to be in life-if it got disturbed -means the life got disturbed.
state of mind is too get govern by the concentration-its a basic wizard helps in meditation a lot-but when one is disturb at mind concentration at once is not possible but slowly & gradually it comes in pace with the life-possitive efferts & possitive thinking helps a lot in this system of meditation.
when our mind got multi-dimentional, thans its really tough to move on with meditation-but meditation is the only media to get ride of this,is must at that instance of life to bring back the life to the pace of life.

here your sitting posture helps in a lot-your face towards the east put an add your act-either a morning or evening time would be the time better suited-your vision -your faith-your devotional spirit-your acts in past-your wishes at heart have their effect on the act you make to be on the track of meditation.
its of sure a helps to reach you at your self-to reach at your heart-to reach at your inner core-of sure at the status of your soul which leads you to a eternal jounney to your ultimate destination the god-the feeling of god-the sense of being with god- who is yours, always, all the time, for you only.
