MEDITATION A GREAT HELP TO LIFE

its meditation which helps a lot on many modes of life .life is a friction,stresses & stains are the regular feature of life which results in by the hurdles of daily life we face. to have a better life we need a help which counter the malefic effects of hurdles in life so is the meditation here on board of life to counter many ill effects of our daily life.

few minutes of meditation put us on to a better plate form of life to carry on.but few precautions matters to it that a well placed guide on the subject-self mode on the chapter of concentration-control on the diet-a bit yoga consist of light exercises[[must on yoga-pranayam with low pitch & shav aasan with deep breathing mode fill up till naval with all cool]]

meditation itself is nothing but a devotional chapter to make realise one self on the board of life to counter the undue stesses & stains by heaving self realisation.it involves few things to make it success as stated above-including the atmosphere of meditation-it cant be so done in noise-most suited time also matters morning & later in the evening[the best].east facing put an add to the mode.

to have faith on the science of life-to faith on the chapter of life-to have faith on the creator of life means to it well.our devotional spirit helps a lot on the subject to ease the life to counter the stresses & stains of life.

Yoga & balance diet keeps the health on positive mode-concentration & meditation keeps the heart & soul on the mode of peace.so is the silent mode of meditation-a great help to the life all the time.
